Terms of Service - We believe readers will appreciate that the map does not include advertisements such as Adwords or Adsense programs.  Instead of advertising our business model is based on offering additional services for a fee.   As these additional services become available we hope you will give then consideration.

Participating photo bloggers agree to not post any objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive material. 

Participating photo bloggers agree to allow the DailyPhotoMap software to capture, store, display, and distrubute thumbnails as well as a low resolution copy of their images.  When shared these images will always include a link or reference to the photographers photo blog site.

Daily Photo Blogging - Participants will strive to publish a photo daily.  Because this is a daily photo site participants will be removed who consistently post on a schedule other than daily.  However, it is possible for participants to become inactive of a reasonable timeframe.  If the participant starts posting again, within 30 days, the map software will pick their photos up automatically.  After 30 days the participate will have to join again.  

Community association - Participants are allowed to register themselves as part of multiple communities.  Where possible the map software will make an attempt to validate that association.  However, the ultimate responsibility for accurate community association lies with the participate.  The participant agrees to follow the commitments from each individual community.

The sites displayed or linked to, by the DailyPhotoMap, are developed by people over whom DailyPhotoMap exercises no control.  We screen their original request to join however after that point it is not practical to screen all post from individual sites.  As a result there may be images or links to sites which find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. 

We reserve the right to change the terms of service without notice.
